Confections (bakery)
How far in advance should I order?
For a small order of one cake, at least 2 to 3 business days in advance to complete an order; if you are ordering more than one confection at least one week; however, we would recommend securing a date as soon as possible. Please contact IBP Confections and Expressions to discuss available dates.
How do I secure the date?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The balance is due at the time of pick-up. Contact IBP directly for additional details.
Do you have a storefront?
No. We are a special order bakery located in Powder Springs, GA. We do not have a storefront at this time.
Can I still meet you in person?
Yes, we would love to meet and consult with you about your confection. We are also happy to work with you over the phone or email.
Do you do tastings? (And is there a fee?)
No, we do not do tastings at this time.
Do you deliver?
Yes, for areas within 5 miles there is a flat rate of $5. Locations further away will incur an additional $0.12 per mile.
If you pick up your cake, please be on time. Pick-ups later than 30 minutes after the scheduled time will be charged a late pick-up fee. Please contact IBP Confections and Expressions for further information concerning local delivery and pick-up.
Do you ship?
No. We are unable to ship orders at this time.
Do you bake in a nut-free kitchen?
No. Our bakery kitchen is NOT a nut-free kitchen. Upon request we do prepare items without nuts, peanuts, or ingredients containing nuts. However, if you have any food allergies, such as, dairy, nut, chocolate, peanut, wheat, etc… please err on the side of caution.
Expressions (Jewelry or Other Specialty Gifts)
IBP Jewelry Return Policy
We stand by our product. IBP Jewelry is hand crafted and made with our customers in mind. We aim to provide the best quality product. Within 30 days, an item may be returned with proof of purchase at no charge for replacement due to a manufacturing defect. Exchanges are possible within 30 days for items of the same value or less, with the price difference refunded. All returned/exchanged jewelry must be in its original condition, including gift box, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alterations. This warranty is not intended to cover normal wear and tear. Please see additional details concerning returns below.
For All IBP Expressions:
Returns are Inspected and Processed within 10 Business Days
- Your packing slip must accompany your return.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of their replacements.
- All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
- We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended.
- We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than the original or if they are past our 30-day return period.
- All returns that are accepted after inspection, at your request we will either exchange or credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Final Sale, Greeting Cards, Special Order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
